political maverick, who went out of his way to pick a fight with
conservatives.
I remember him attacking all the special interests groups, attacking
the Bush tax cuts, promising serious campaign finance reform.
Today McCain 2008 is promising perpetual war, an economic policy that
promises so much red ink, and a nation, that will be as equally
polarised.
During the campaign, Conservatives will be watching every move, the
minute he thats getting all " middle road ", they will yell at him to
stay on the Conservative course.
If I was Hillary or Obama, I would make McCain justify all the
deficits that is his going to rack up, make him explain how he's
going to balance the budget, increase spending and have no new taxes?
With a McCain win, Democrats would have to bail him out in the
Congress and Senate, because he has no friends there.
