butwith the 15 million still uninsured, the people who pay for
insurance will likely still have their premiums rise. The taxes can't
cover everything. With Clinton's plan, there won't be indigents or at
least there will be a lot less indigents than Obama's. Obama says
health care should be a right, not a privelege. With his plan, it
still will be a privelege. Even if the costs of insurance are
lowered, many people still won't sign up for health, because they'll
still want to save money. If they think they're not going to get
sick, they won't get insurance despite it being less expensive.
