neither of them has EVER been tempted by one of those variable rate
loans. Mostly because I told them NOT to be. How hard is it to
understand that if the rate can go up without notice, and without limit,
it WILL. And all the time these idiots have taken out these loans,
Ditech has been advertising its fixed rate loans all over every tv in
the country. So, I ask you... how much bailing out do we have to do?
What can we do for our country? We could make sure the kids in this
country are getting an education so they know better than to step
deliberately into the deepest doo-doo they can find.
