Hmmm... Didn't she try to claim LBJ was responsible for the Civil Rights Act... but it was introduced by JFK?

The healthcare part of it is pure sophistry. As to the NAFTA part, in
fact, if you go back and check what Hillary has been saying about NAFTA
for months, it is NOT that NAFTA should be repealed (as it should not)
but that it should be tweaked in respects.
The Clinton Admin was pretty outspoken in the 90s that NAFTA created
millions of new jobs in the U.S., opened markets that had been closed to
us before, and did not result in the "giant sucking sound" that Ross
Perot foretold. Hillary's slippery talk about NAFTA is vintage
doublespeak on which Bill holds the existing patent.
