It ("looping") can de used with equal effect to (1)hammer home great
ideas or (2)"stretch" or "fill" compensating for the lack thereof .
Moreso a writer's technique than a speaker's mechanism . I think
there was an enigmatic "leader" in Europe in the 30's & 40's that
studied such things as well as cadence,etc ...I think he was even
trained/coached by great stage actors of his day to help add physical
gestures to maximize the mesmerizing effect of his speeches . Who was
it , all I can think is the name Svengali,...that's not it . Who was
it ? Stan , Nan do either of you know ? Does anyone recall who I'm
thinking of historically speaking ? Oh well , never mind . Got chores
