[Dems2008] 25 reasons to vote for Obama

1. He was against the Iraq war from the beginning (had he been in the senate at the time,
he would have at-least read the intelligence briefing and from what we know would have
voted against authorizing the war like Clinton and McCain)

2. His healthcare plans covers everyone who desires healthcare and brings costs down
without penalizing those who can not afford healthcare.

3. Obama's energy policy reduces dependence on foriegn oil in a realistic timeframe.

4. Barack Provides a comprehensive green policy

5. Obama has shown statesmanship by not going negative and staying above the politics
of division

6. Obama has surrounded himself with good advisors and has run a a well managed
campaign, from money to organization. A good sign that he will be able to handle the job
of President and emblematic of his choices in advisors.

7. Obama has an ability to inspire and unite people.

8. Obama has been truthful and forthcoming, from teenage drug use to speaking with
canada about nafta. A very honorable quality in a president

9. Obama has more foreign policy experience than Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan had when
they were elected.

10. Obama has more legislative experience than Hillary.

11. Obama was a community organizer early in his public service career.

12. Obama was the editor of the harvard law review (the first african american)

13. Obama has a great statedy for getting out of Iraq.

14. Obama has united Democrats, Republicans, and Independents, not too mention a few
greens.

15. Obama has a suitcsae copmared to hillary's 18 wheeler moving truch of baggage

16. Obama recognizes both Israel and Palestine.

17. Obama recognizes that it is not black versus white or catholic versus prtetant, the
promise of america has enough to go around for everyone.

18. Barack has a far superior economic plan than Hillary

19.Obama recognizes thevalue in family and community.

20 Obama rewards individual efforts to improve oneself through education

21. Obama will eliminate income tax for seniors making less than $50,000

22. Obama is right on immigration

23. Obama is not part of the centrist DLC

24. Obama has an incredible homeland security policy

25. And, since hillary always touts her womenhood, he would be the first Black president
