[Dems2008] As a white man, I have a huge advantage

When I hear white men talk as if others are getting an edge on them, I
assume the speaker is not very smart, has little to offer or has some
other flaw.

I have always realized going into an interview that I have a huge
advantage. A company will not want to send a woman or person of color
into the field. They will feel the safest bet is a white man.

Also, it is acceptable to assume women take lesser roles, make the
coffee, answer the phone, empty the dishwasher.

Men are allowed to speak aggressively.

Women will be tied down with children (though obviously a child has two
parents and it would make as much sense for a man to stay home with his
children).

White men clearly have a huge advantage in America and I think electing
a person of color or a woman to the Presidency will be great for
America.

A white minority in this country will also be good for us. It will
make America more likely to cooperate with other world governments.
