[Dems2008] Michigan and Florida

I just don't get it. [Well, actually I do]

There are lots of states that do NOT have primaries, and where about
six or seven thousand caucus attendees determine what the state does in
the convention.

Similarly, there are states that, going in, knew -- as Hillary herself
said in October 2007 -- that their primary votes "would not count."

I'm not a fan of changing the rules after the fact.
