Yeah that turned out well for Al Gore. How many VP's went on to win
presidential elections after the end of there tenure as VP?
Bush in 88 who lasted one term
Thats it. After that we have to go back to....ummmm ummmmm what
Jefferson? Aside from those that became president first (Johnson,
Truman, or Nixon who had to wait 8 years) and then ran, the VP slot is
a dead end politically.

Its not about who you trust... its about the general voting public and
this is not a winning ticket. At least balance the ticket with someone
from the west or an important swing state.

Its a looser either way. The Republicans will pick the perfect foil
for Obama and negate his advantages, and McCain will Roast Hillary.
The only thing good about a Clinton - Obama ticket is that it is
better than the nightmare Obama - Clinton.
If nothing else I don't want to loose TWO senators and the Whitehouse.
