I am saddened by the fact that this race is over yet it continues. If
there was a viable chance of Hillary winning then I would applaud this
process continuing. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Further I DO think that Al Gore (perhaps with Edwards as VP) would be
a choice that would unite the party. If we are to continue the race
with each side becoming more and more polarized then I believe that
the only answer would have been deadlock. As it is there will be no
deadlock. Obama will be the nominee.

Unfortunately you have a tendency of picking fights over things like
this and misconstruing or warping what I said. To make this clear: I
applaud Pelosi for her leadership and clarifying the situation. I am
glad that someone had the wisdom to make a clear rational statement
that makes an end point clearly obtainable.
