Because he would be a strong and well respected candidate with an
impeccable resume. That he has become a strong and dominate politician
with an ability to deliver a message in a powerful and clear manner.
That sometimes those who do not run or wish to run are the most
capable ones to lead. That he unlike others truly cares about the
world we live in (and yes has a Nobel prize). He stood up in front of
this nation and PUBLICLY defended the process that stripped him of
what may very well been an election he won to the point he presided
over his own defeat in the senate with dignity and grace that few
other politicians in the HISTORY of this country.
Shall I go on.
In short... watch this. Dream about what SHOULD have happened in 2000.
