[Dems2008] Re: donors to obama campaign

Well said Rob, the line of attack that the Clinton camp is using is very misleading and
plays on people's ignorance. I work in the securities industrty, so I fit into number 4. I did
not donate the money on behalf of my company, i donated it on behalf of myself because I
support Obama, not my company.

asked to identify what your industry/profession is. It is not saying you're making a
contribution on behalf of your industry/profession, just what your job is. Fact of the
matter is 100% of Sen Obama's funds have come from individuals, individuals from all
walks of life including lawyers, businessmen, retired people, investors, educators, etc.

THIS CHART: Many presidential candidates receive the bulk of their funds from the same
industries and Washington-based interest groups that dominate giving to all federal
politicians and parties. Beyond this, some candidates receive sizable amounts from
industries that make up the economic base of their home state. From this chart, you can
get a flavor of which are the top industries giving to this politician.
