coal. Reality is, if we want to continue to hop on our computers, watch pbs, cool and warm
our houses, and drive our cars, we are going to need all available technologies studied to
see what is most efficient and to push more efficient technologies. I think we are in the
beginning of the green revolution and we need to explore and invest in all available technologies that can help to reduce our dependence on oil. Hillary's plan favors only a
few options and stifles creation and competition. Just today i read a story, the technology
is now available to convert wood-chips to ethanol through a process of brewing and
enzymes, a working factory should be up in two years. i agree that corn or other food that
are used for food consumption should not be used as this drives the price up on all of us.
But woodchips and yes some grasses, if an afordable process is developed, may be the
future, or at leats part of it.
That is a lot of the problems with hillary's plans. They are ridgid and stifle creativity and
competition. For this reason, I think McCain will beat her in novemeber. Hillary will lose
and lose big in november, especially after hpw she has campaigned, alot of dems will stay
home.
