Polls show Clinton behind in Florida and Obama WAY behind. There is
quite a bit of evidence that Florida will likely be written off or
more likely considered a leaning McCain state rather than Neutral. I
am glad that you believe that all is rosy and peachy keen, but I
prefer a nice healthy bowl of reality for breakfast. Even a blind man
can see that we are having problems yet you, and many others in our
party are so convinced of the rightness of our cause that we "can't
loose".
The fact is I am not "bringing the party down" I am fixing what I see
is wrong. I have called my local non profit and talked to a few party
leaders here... in fact many of us have... to tell them the tenor of
the campaign was unacceptable and that the current situation needed to
be fixed by our leadership.
Some of us believe that every seat in the house and senate in play is
just as important as the Presidential race and we need to be focused
as a party on a POSITIVE and HOPEFUL message. Sitting on our
collective asses and saying how great we are does not win elections.
