[Dems2008] Re: The Florida Myth is perpetuated right here by pseudo-Democrats, soon to be R

I don't think it hurts or helps florida. i talked to my uncle the today, and he said most
democrats in Florida, or atleast the ones he knows in jacksonville, realized their votes
weren't gonna count. They are mad at the republicans for moving the date up and realize
that the DNC did not intentionally try to count florida out. he is happy if they get a revote,
but made a point that he just didn't know how it was possible. he said he would vote for
whoever the democratic nominee is, Hillary or Obama, he actually prefers Hillary. He really
can't wait til bush is out of office and can't stand McCain

I don't know if he is typical of Floridians, I'm sure other people are mad at the DNC, but
many Florida Democrats realize that the republicans moved the date up and it is not the
DNCs fault. He also said that the democratic party had plenty of time to comply with DNC
rules to come up with an alternative to make the votes count and failed the democratic
voters in a big way.

I believe Ed lives in Florida and he has contended that he will vote for the democratic
nominee. Could be a good for Florida, fire them up, but the worst of it will be over when
this mess is done.

the hillary camp really played a good hand coming out and demanding the florida and
michigan delegates are seated. That is really what worries me. this is tearing the rest of
the party, across the nation, apart and I am concerned about winning in other key states.
It is to the point where a lot of people in both camps have stated they will sit it out if they
don't get their choice.
