[Dems2008] Re: I have been in class all day and have not heard the speech

Its hard to believe anyone would have much negative to say about this.
My only comment is I have waited for someone to express in simple
terms the complex feelings we have as a nation over the issue of race
and inequality in this country, and he did. He spoke plainly about
what we refuse to admit even in our most private moments. But most
importantly for once someone said the truth. If we keep going over the
same ground over and over, avoiding the issues in favor of stupidly
questioning someones patriotism or whether or not they are a racist,
then four years later, no matter who wins... we will be going over the
same ground again. Both parties are guilty of it, and best we stop it
now, because I do not want to continue down the same sad road again.
