I am not sure what you want here... flesh it out a bit and I will be
happy to crunch the numbers. I think what you are saying is that you
want to count only the states that voted in 2004 for a democrat to be
counted using electorial count rather than delegate count, winner take
all.
That being true means:
Clinton has won 4 blue states
Obama has won 6 blue states
Clinton with Ca and NY has about 90 delegates
Obama around 50 ish
Not sure what this proves (other than the assertion that Clinton won
all the blue states is false) but I hope it helps.

Again I did this by memory because I lacked the energy to research it
exactly but I think I am pretty correct.
I did omit Michigan so it depends on whether you feel the decision on
that one should stand.
Note I did not do this by delegate count but if you want it that way I
can come close:
Clinton about 1000
Obama about 500
Again thats pretty close the big haul of course being CA with about 450.
