Security violations of Obama's passport file on January 9, February 1 and March 23 of this year have led to the firings of two contract employees in the State Department, and a discipling of a third.

This is a huge story, just breaking. What was done with this information? Who in State knew about this? Why did the Bush administration not notify Barack Obama about this until now?
