it varies from state to state... when I was in school I was registered and voted at my school... my dorm was my "residence"

I would think another problem with universities would
be that the students are registered where their family
lives. My son was at UNO in New Orleans until Katrina
and was registered there, now he's in law school in
Mississippi and had to register again. I know some
don't, but our state has a time limit.
