What is the difference between not counting Florida and splitting it to
make it have no effect? To give the delegates a free trip?

50/50 should be turned down.

It apparently costs a miniscule $30 million to hold elections in these
two states. that is a fraction of what we are spending in general.

Attempts to not allow people to vote remind me of arguments in Gore vs
Bush.

Why should Hillary pay to have vote in her favor counted for her?

Why so little care that people get to vote?
