I mean she can on a good day. Her speech the day before, but she
needed to do so consistantly... in the past.
She would have to speak clearly to the people every day and get 20
point spreads on every remaining vote including Florida and Michigan.
Gore accepted not being President. I am sure she can. I imagine it is
one heck of an emotional rollar coaster.
