People use the name "Billary" to refer to the "team" of Bill and Hillary because they've repeatedly implied that a vote for one is a vote for both...
Meanwhile people use the name "Osama Obama" to try to link him to the most reviled person in the world.
Now unless Bill is on par with Bin Laden (which I don't believe he is) your comparison is not even remotely close to being accurate.
