The problem is PROVING he committed perjury. Perjury is actually quite hard to actually prove unless you're idiot about it (See: Bill Clinton, Martha Stewart, Scooter Libby and Barry Bonds). You have to prove that you not only didn't tell the truth but you purposely lied. It's very easy to make statements etc that skirt the truth without actually being a lie.

Patriot Acts, Govt surveillance of US citizens, denial of saying
things recorded on tv, we don't hold him accountable for. Is Bush
above the law. We at least had a trial for Bill and we realized that
he lied. He was disbarred at least for
