[Dems2008] Chicago has no more to do with the efficacy of an Obama presidency

than do Little Rock and Wellesley/Yale have to do with a Clinton
presidency.

LBJ was a southern conservative who signed the most-sweeping civil
rights legislation of the 20th Century (except giving women the
right to vote, of course).
