[Dems2008] Clinton Nonthink

The Clintons' ability to spin Barack's comments about the anger of so many has been deft so far, but it won't last.

 

Even if someone who has  amassed $109 million in the last seven years can criticize another as "elitist," the FACT is that 81  percent of Americans think the country is headed in the wrong direction, consumer sentiment  is at a 20 yr low, foreclosures are rising, and jobs are disappearing.   It takes an elitist  NOT to recognize the anger and frustration out there.

 

And if Hillary likes to make hay by portraying herself as the FIGHTER for us,  why does she need to FIGHT if so many folks are satisfied?   The fight is needed because so much of our populace is  downright angry at the war, the economy, their jobs disappearing, etc., etc.

 

This flap will disappear as Barack continues (as he did today) to flesh out and identify with the anger that so  many are feeling.

 

Clintons calling someone else "elitist."   That's so damned choice.......................
