Enforcement is the key.
We live in WY so you can probably guess, we have guns in our house.
Sometimes I think if we were ALL armed and trained in the use of
firearms, there were be a lot less mass shootings. I know if someone
walked into a classroom and started shooting where I was sitting with
my revolver on my hip I'd end it quickly. In WY you can carry an
unconcealed weapon just about anywhere. It can be quite the
deterrent.
