One small clarification. Michigan's ballot had Clinton Kucinich and
Dodd (sorry for the constant mispelling of Kucinich) Gravel and Undecided.
I agree in principle that the 50/50 split is equitable. It does not
change the race dynamic and fixes this disaster that was created by
the Rules and Bylaws committee (which was co-chaired by two Clinton
supporters). The problem is her highness has refused to accept a 50/50
split. So for the good of the party the only solution is follow the
rules as they should have been originally applied. Automatic 50%
penalty. Is it right... no. She is being rewarded for being a selfish
power grabber... but in the end it will make no difference, and it
might help come November.
