bright idea was it to REMOVE the children from their home, and take
them away from their mothers, INSTEAD OF removing the men from the
compound so the children suffered as little dislocation and trauma as
possible?
It's the Katrina mentality that we're employing in Iraq, namely, the
failure to think through the consequences of an action.
I have to believe it was a ham-handed group of men in law enforcement
who did not think through the consequences of what they were doing.
