I don't put much stock in those statements. No one in politics, or in
business, for that matter, would rule out any particular action. As
soon as you lock yourself in to what you will NOT do, your enemy knows
where to attack. It doesn't make any tactical sense for any candidate
to tie hisser own hands unless that candidate is capable of seeing the
future clearly and precisely....Carol
