I don't consider a "lack of emotion" to be a detriment in high-stakes
politics. I am personally sick and tired of having a government that
acts on whatever God has said to the pres, that he reacts to instead of
thinking about, and that we the people get stuck with. I learned long
ago that any time you think God is speaking directly to you your wisest
course is to discuss that conversation thoroughly with real people.
Getting emotional about situations that require thought, deliberation
and finesse is a surefire path to disaster...Iraq, anyone? ....Carol
