No buddy, everyone has choices and you chose as well.  Have you joined the dem party in your city or community.  do you participate in the process other than to shout on Yahoo-  I quit if hillary is not nominated or I am now a libertarian.  Do you know what a libertarian is?  I am not trying to be a wise guy and I apologize in advance if you think I may be but we are on the same team.  Obama and Hillary are practically on the same page and it becomes a matter of preferences.  I prefer Hillary she is intelligent and well thought out.  But if it is Obama, then it becomes Obama who is against this war and McCain who just came out as being for preemptive strikes.  If it is McCain, I predict we get involved militarily with Iran within the first 6 months.  Obama is the only way around it if it is him vs McCain.  Would you prefer that we add Iran to our growing military endeavors?

Oh, I understand.   I have a masters in Poli Sci.  What I am saying is that if the Dems don't get there shit together I am leaving the party.  Yea.  I ve been taught that a vote for a third party is a wasted vote.  But I really have no other choice.  I can't imagine the US as a reflection of Chicago - its a great place to visit.... but that's it.  And I can't imagine the US continuing on its path as arms dealer and hawk. 

 

No man.  If its not Hillary.  I'm becoming a libertarian.

Kay, the positions of the Libertarian Party and Hillary are so different this would take a volume to itself.  I really don't think you want to go there due to philosophies itself.  But if you were to, you really want McCain to win?  the libertarian party doesn't have a whim of a chance and from diverting there, all that it would do is to reduce the vote that could have won the Presidency for a Democrat whether it is Hillary which you and I want or Barack Obama which I would prefer over Bush's minime version of himself.  Only this would be worse since McCain could make many of Bushes legislation permanent and this would be horrible.  I prefer Hillary as I have said but should Obama win the nomination, I will vote for Obama, not out of any initial support but the alternatives are so much worse.  If McCain wins, he may look towards a preemptive strike to Iran.  I don't think we can afford to be the world's policeman.  there will be no chance for any health care plan that matters, education... .....need I say more.  Please reconsider.

You know what ... All this worrying about racism has me so turned off that I am NEVER going to vote for Obama .  As a matter of fact, I can't  stand how every one treats him with kid gloves, because he is black.  You know, if Hillary doesn't win the primary I'm going to vote libertarian.  Chicago politicians are notoriously crooked, I use to live in Chicago.  And it is SO polarized.  It is definitely no melting pot.  And this BS about his wife being another Jackie O.... really turns me off.  I see no similarily what so ever.

 

I hate Iraq, but the war on drugs, here at home is far worse.  Its not a war on drugs, its a war on our own people and a war on our freedoms.  It is imprisoning our people, killing our people, ruining lives by the MILLIONS - screw the war in Iraq.  Those hawks are over there because they want to be. 

 

Someone needs to stand up with some balls and Fix our country.  We have become a police state.

 

Stop the War on Drugs.  Free its Political Prisoners.  Compensate its veteran.

 

Stop the Growth of the Prison Industrial Complex.

 

You want to talk a black issue, the war on drugs is mostly a black issue and Obama doesn't even mention it. 

 

Hell, if you are going to vote for someone as out of touch as Obama, you may as well vote for the idiot McCain.

Now Ras, you would not want to have a candidate for office quit at the first sign of opposition would you? True she has been running and everything is not as rosey as it once was but neither has it been easy for Barack. Should Barack have quit by the 3rd state's primary? I would hope not. Let's see this one through..... ....as if we had a choice...... .the only person who will be making that choice is Hillary.

Obama all along. Toughen up. This is what the REAL election is going

candidate isn't loosing because she is a girl. She is loosing because

have heard her and her supporters blame Bill, blame sexist men, a
devious press, and shuffling papers, its time for the girls to grow up
and face facts. When you run a crappy campaign you loose. The
Gephardt/Harkin boys and girls clobbered her. Now she is bitter
because she lacks the ability to be a gracious looser. She ahs whined
endlessly throughout this campaign then dared people to call her a
whiner. Fact is she is a whiner. Fact is she needs to spend some more
time playing sports to learn how to loose gracefully.
