The fact of the matter is that both FL and MI should be penalized. I can't say about MI because I do not know the circumstances there but in FL there is justification. I contend it was too harsh; the delegate strength should have been cut in half; the credentials committee of the DNC Has that option. they choose to deprive fl of all delegates. and if it stands, it could have serious consequences to the general election. It doesn't matter whether it is Obama or clinton- whoever the candidate is will be blamed. fl is being used as a political football by both candidates; floridians resent that and the november election will say that.

I know there have been several lawsuits over FL & MI. It may not be unconstitutional, but it IS undemocratic.

Yes, if you are a true democrat, not just a B.O. fan, you would think these things are wrong. The caucuses, the Florida and Mich. vote. Come on people, you can't say these things are fair. You say, "those were the rules", well, the rules were wrong in the first place. I am still waiting for litigation over the Fla. &Mich. votes. It will happen sooner or later. The DNC taking away votes has got to be unconstitutional or something! Does anyone have any ideas on that?
