Re: [Dems2008] Re: Obama & CBC threaten Indian Nations

From what I have read about this issue, it appears that the first
threat came from the Cherokee Nation when they discontinued the
membership of the freedmen descendants, and the CBC is responding to
that action in a way that similar action has been dealt with in the
past. If I am wrong, please point me to the evidence that the CBC
started this as an action against the Cherokee....Carol
