because he is black or white. I would vote for Obama if he wins the
dem nomination regardless. I don't think there is anyone that
wouldn't vote for him here in the final tally to get rid of the
current remnants of
Bushism. But if we ignore what is being spoken in the outside world,
we will not understand the underlying feelings that many people have
regarding this race. I am not saying give up, it is lost. We must
continue to back Hillary or Obama but realize what we are going
against, they say that the first step to solving a problem is to
define it and then counter. This election will test how much we have
grown as a nation and we probably need this to know. I wasn't
telling anyone what to think but to be aware of what is said that we
can counter it. Ignoring it will not necessarily counter it. after
all Kerry ignored the majority of some very personal attacks to him
and this attributed to his loss.
