Or, it's because people can't simply afford to take that vacation so
they figure they might as well go to work and save that time for when
they're sick and their sick days have run out.

other countries they get like 30 days and those people tend to be
more productive and work better cause there not over worked or burned

I feel a person that works 40 to 50 hours a week and puts his hard
days of work in they should be able to have a nice 3 to 4 week
vacation to do what they want and be with there family and enjoy life.
