I too have donated online, but there really is no way to track it. If someone wanted to cheat, they could. It is too easy to purchase prepaid cc's at most stores, and simply enter false info. It would be no problem at all.
As for bad neighbors, you move or report them etc... Bad distant relatives, disown them.
For God's sake if you have a pastor/minister whom you find to have questionable judgement, find another church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not like churches are rare. To stay in such a church is condoning every action your pastor makes. Your argument does not carry any weight whatsoever.
