[Dems2008] Very difficult to get good help these days.................

Wife and I have two major items going on right now:

 

1)  conversion to Verizon FiOS internet, digital tv, and phone, including hardwire and wireless router installations and followup.   All work and customer service reps are English-speaking presumably North American residents.

 

2)  two bathroom remodelling jobs, all work (including some fairly complicated plumbing reconfigurations) performed by three very skilled Honduran tradespeople.

 

Three guesses which of the foregoing does the higher-quality work, arrives promptly on time, leaves a spotless workplace at the end of the day, and gives the greatest attention to detail and craftsmanship.

 

HINT:    they did not attend high  schools in the continental 48
