to produce those revenues. Debaathification was a complete disaster for
that country. Sure, Baathists were the ones running everything, and
that's because anybody who wanted a job had to join that party. So, the
Americans come in, and in their infinite wisdom, decided to fire all
Baathists from their jobs which meant that all the managers of all the
oil thingybobs, all the teachers, doctors, ministry officials and
workers, army, police, and anybody else needed to actually run the
country got fired. Now we've got Americans who cannot speak the
language trying to teach people who are probably not even literate in
their own language how to run things and it isn't working....surprise!
No wonder they want to kill US soldiers.....Carol
