[Dems2008] Re: Unfortunate Populist Trend

The populist trend is the winning strategy and the right thing to do.
IIsn't our massive trade deficit just wonderful and proof of how well
f"free trade" is working ? I know that Wall Street loves "free
trade" but Main Street hasn't benefited at all. Even a solid majority
of Republican voters agree that "free trade" is bad for America.

Of course, complaining about the loss of jobs to "free trade" alone
isn't enough - we need a plan to restore America's industrial
capacity. http://rightdemocrat.blogspot.com/2008/02/plan-for-american-
industrial-renewal.html

And how about borrowing an idea from a great capitalist to restore
balance to international trade. I like Warren Buffett's proposal
about import-export credits.
